EE&SG, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as EPIC Staffing Agency (“EPIC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), respects your privacy. Information you give us. When you use the forms on our Website we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Contact and enquiry forms: first and last name, email address, phone number, location, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Event staffing proposal requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, event dates, event type, location and address, number and type of staff needed and check-in/check-out times.
• Candidate (job) applications: your name, address, phone number, email address, social media profile (optional), age confirmation, preferred office location, positions of interest, years of experience, licence and availability information, additional notes and your résumé or CV file.
• Consultation bookings: your name, email address, phone number, the date and time you choose and what you tell us about your project.
• Newsletter sign-up: your first name, last name and email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to keep the Website working properly.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare staffing proposals and quotes.
• To schedule, confirm and hold consultation calls, including sending calendar invitations and video-meeting links.
• To review job applications, contact candidates and match them with suitable positions.
• To send our newsletter and updates, if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

• Snapforce CRM – stores enquiries, proposal requests, applications and newsletter sign-ups so our team can follow up.
• Google Workspace (Google Calendar and Google Meet) – used for our email, for scheduling consultation calls and for creating video-meeting links.
• Our website host (Hostinger) and email delivery providers – used to host the Website and send emails.
• YouTube – videos embedded on our pages are provided by YouTube, which may set cookies when you play them.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of EPIC, our clients, candidates or others.

4. Cookies

Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work (for example, security and form features). Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps may set their own cookies, which are governed by Google’s privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and for our legitimate business records. Candidate applications and résumés are kept for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future positions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required by law.
